Welcome to Cornerstone Music for your musical journey 🎶
Here are the Yamaha Music School – Rules & Regulations for your acknowledgement:
1. The academic calendar consists of 45 weeks of lessons per year (January to December).
2. Designated holidays, known as Yamaha Music School Holidays, may vary by state as they are scheduled to accommodate Yamaha Grade Examinations.
3. Individual Classes Only:
To be eligible for a replacement class, cancellations must be informed to the administration at least 7 days in advance.
Last-minute cancellations will only be considered in cases of emergencies, with valid supporting documents (eg. medical certificate, accident report) and are subject to approval.
4. Fees Payment:
All fees are due before the 7th of each month. Early payment is encouraged to ensure smooth administrative processing.
5. Refund Policy:
All paid fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable.
6. Deposit Usage & Withdrawal Notice:
A minimum of 30 days (1 month) notice is required for withdrawal.
The deposit is only applicable for the final month's fees.
